About Albert Einstein Middle School
Our Mission at Albert Einstein Middle School is to prepare students to show initiative, strive for personal excellence and actively contribute to a team in order to compete and succeed in high school, college, career, and life.
Albert Einstein is partnering with Sacramento County Office of Education to implement a common classroom practice called Teacher Clarity. Within each classroom, objectives will be clearly stated and teachers will use formative assessments to monitor student growth. In planning and implementing each lesson, teachers will focus on three questions: What will students learn? How will I know if they learned? What will I do if they do not learn?
Leader in Me
Albert Einstein is now a Leader in Me school! Leader in Me is a comprehensive K-12 school improvement model that equips students with essential leadership and life-readiness skills by using the See-Do-Get Cycle (See Things Differently, Do Effective Practices, GET Measureable Results). Through Leader in Me we will consistently cultivate young leaders.

The School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) is a document that represents a school’s cycle of continuous improvement of student performance. The annual process of developing, reviewing, and updating the SPSA includes a comprehensive review of data and the development of actions necessary to achieve school goals. The plan also addresses funding and proposed expenditures related to state and federal categorical programs and the overall goals of our District’s Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). The SPSA contains the School Action Plan, School Parental Involvement Policy, and Home-School Compact. Each year, the School Site Council and the local governing board approve the SPSA.
The 2021-2022 SPSA was adopted by the SCUSD Board of Education on June 24, 2021.
